1. Eligibility

CoreFlow reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud
- Pricing or listing errors
- Inventory shortages

If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. CoreFlow does not store your complete payment information.
5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
CoreFlow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. CoreFlow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
No Returns
All sales are final. CoreFlow does not accept returns for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Accidental purchases
- No longer wanting the product
Limited Refunds
Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact CoreFlow within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
After reviewing your claim, CoreFlow may, at its sole discretion, provide:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund, where appropriate
Claims submitted after the 7-day reporting period or without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact CoreFlow before filing a chargeback with their payment provider. CoreFlow reserves the right to dispute chargebacks by providing order records, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and other relevant documentation.
7. Product Use
Our products are intended to be used only as directed.
CoreFlow is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, abuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
